We picked up a couple of ride on cars for the girls this week. They love them, but use them mostly to push into the walls, or into the dogs. Looks fun though.
We are doing our best to limit the girls watching TV, but sometimes it is the best babysitter. There are a few shows they absolutely love, Hi-5 is one of them. Its an Australian kids variety show that is mildly annoying to anyone over 5 years old, but the girls just love it.
In other news, the girls got new bathing suits prior to heading to Thailand. Here they are trying them out in the swimming pool. Mom loves them since they cover most of their bodies from the sun.
The second the TV comes on, everything stops in this house.
When they are not watching TV, they are running around torturing the dogs. Since Inu is losing his sight, he easily gets scared and runs away from Kristin. That doesn’t stop her though.
Its tough work sometimes, but someone has to do it.
The girls survived more then 10 months without getting sick, so when Kristin had a small cold for the past week, we didn’t think much of it. When Kaitlin also got the cold, but much worse we brought them to the doctor – result: bronchitis. Its a tough time at the bovaird house, neither girl is sleeping well, which means that none of the adults are sleeping well. On top of it all, I think I am catching their virus.
I don’t wanna sleep – I don’t care if its nap time
Yeah! Bath time!
The girls love Kogu and Kogu tolerates the girls. Today Kristin was gently petting Kogu until she grabbed a huge chunk of fur and yanked it out, Kogu just sat there and didn’t move. Great dog!
